Processing and Delivery

We know that once you place your order you will be eager to receive your purchase, so all orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible after receiving payment. However it can sometimes take up to 20 business days depending on the availability of the items you have ordered. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible regarding an approximate delivery time.

Delivery Method

All parcels will be delivered by Australia Post.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with a product purchased, Knitting Naturally will gladly exchange it (not including postage costs) as long as product/s are returned as new i.e. unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and returned within 4 days of receipt of goods.

Please note there are no returns on sale items unless they are faulty.

Faulty items returned within 4 days of receipt will be refunded (by crediting your original method if payment, excluding delivery costs) via the following method:

1. Contact Knitting Naturally by phone or e-mail found under “contact us”
2. Post the package back to:
